Job Description

• ability to articulate and sell a unique and innovative cocktail program from one of the premiere barmen in the city.
• capable of handling up to 30pp at once who are ready to enjoy a mix of grower champagnes, terroir based natural wines, funky Belgian or inoculated bottled beer list, and variety of spirits used to create an expansive cocktail program.
• service oriented having worked in fine dining and strong knowledge of steps-of-service for upscale environments.
• motivated and great attitude regarding hospitality.

Our food program is designed and produced by a culinary team doing creative and modern small bites.

The room is a multi sensory environment that showcases curated art cocktails; multi disciplinary artwork playing with the idea of sensuality, desire, and pleasure in the medium of food and beverage.
