Descendant from 7 generations of sweet makers in Belgium, Paul is a visual artist, makes musical performances, and offers luxury truffles and chocolate bars sur-mesure combining the antique tradition chocolate making with modern cocktail mixology. His creations are made on site at PLAY and can be found online at www.chocolatsmeurens.com. His work is also available at the Raines Law Room, Webster Hall VIP and Gourmet Guild of Williamsburg.
